Shipping Information and Shipping Costs

Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two working days with a partner courier company.

Shipping costs (shipping) are as follows:

  • For purchases under 39 € the shipping costs are set at 2.5 €.

For shipments over 4kg there is an additional charge of 0.9 € per kilo regardless of the amount of the order. For example, if your order weighs 4.5 kg, the charge is € 0.9, if it weighs 6.5 kg, the charge is € 2.7, etc.

Payment by Card or Deposit is free of charge.

Shipping and Receipt Time of the Order

Orders placed by 14:00 are usually shipped the same day, provided that for all products their availability status is: “Immediate Availability (in stock)”. You can see the availability status of each product on its description page.

Once the parcel is delivered to the courier, you will be notified by email (if you have stated your email address) and SMS (if you have entered a mobile phone number) with the shipping code. Then you can follow the progress of your parcel on the website of the courier company with which the shipment was made. The product is usually picked up the next business day of shipment. In some islands and remote areas an additional working day may be required. Couriers do not deliver on weekends.

The delivery time depends each time on the courier route and can not be known when sending the order. If you prefer a specific delivery time, you can write it in the comments of the order. From our side we will transfer it to the cooperating courier, which takes into account these comments, but this is not necessary to be observed since this service is not charged.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of online shopping it is possible that the final recipient’s expectations of the product of their choice are not met, due to the lack of physical contact with the item to be purchased.
SkyPharmacy.gr supporting e-Commerce gives you the opportunity, through the completeness of the descriptions which it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products available on your computer screen, quickly and easily.
However, wanting to cover our customers even more, in order to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily markets, we offer the possibility of returning the products. Below we list the terms and ways of return.

Return Terms
  • The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for return should not exceed 14 calendar days.
  • The packaging must not have been violated and must be in its original (factory) condition and the product must not have been used.
  • The product to be returned must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or the invoice.

Attention! No changes are made to products that are not suitable for return, for health or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as personal care items (indicative and not restrictive hair removal machines, shavers, machines, brushes). , toothbrushes and thermometers, underwear, insoles, ankles, etc.).

Return Procedure

For your best service, we suggest that you contact us by phone at 2734 061363 before each return, so that the details of the return can be arranged in the best possible way.

Return procedure: Pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment. We suggest you use the box with which we shipped. Put in the package a document in which you tell us how you want to resolve the financial issue, if the product is deemed capable of return. Then send the parcel, through the courier agency from which you received your order, to the Returns Department. Once we receive your parcel, we will launch its replacement (within 3 working days) or credit its value (within 10 working days).

In case the reason for return / change is due to an error of SkyPharmacy.gr or to a defective product, the return costs are borne by SkyPharmacy.gr, otherwise the return costs are borne by the customer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the above conditions, or the product arrives at us damaged, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

Free Product Exchange

In case your order exceeds € 79, you have the option of free product change! The free change also applies to all Scholl shoes, regardless of order amount.

We clarify that in the rare case that you receive a wrong or defective product, SkyPharmacy.gr changes it completely free of charge regardless of the amount of your order, you also reserve the right to withdraw and you can return for any reason a product where you will be charged only the return costs. as mentioned above.

The free change over 79 € refers to the case where SkyPharmacy.gr assumes the return cost when you want to change a product for any of your own reasons (no questions asked!).

The following conditions apply for the free change to take effect:

  • Contact us by phone to confirm that you are entitled to a free change.
  • Carefully pack the product you want to change and deliver it to a courier branch of ELTA Courier or Speedex with the note-receipt “recipient charge”. Note on a piece of paper in the package you return the change you want so that we can contact you upon receipt.
  • The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of the request for free change should not exceed 14 calendar days.
  • The packaging must not have been violated and is in its original (factory) condition and the product must not have been used.
  • The product to be changed must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or the invoice.
  • The free change does not apply to items over 5kg and to products that do not have Immediate Delivery (ie is to order) (eg Pampers, John etc.)
  • No changes are made to products that are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons.
  • The free exchange of products is valid only for orders within Greece
  • There is a free change in every order, in case you want to change a product that you have already changed, you are charged with the relevant shipping.

Shipments Abroad

It is possible to send abroad for most European countries. In this case the shipping is 30 euros for parcels up to 2 kg, while it is not possible to pay by cash on delivery. In case you want your order to be sent abroad, please contact us, either by phone or via email.
